Cancellation
Advance notice helps us protect the appointment time reserved specifically for you and offer that time to another patient when needed.
We Require 24 Hours' Advance Notice
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for changes or cancellations to a confirmed appointment.
We Reserve Time for You
We reserve time especially for you. If you cannot attend, advance notice allows another patient who may have been waiting to use that appointment time. We understand that unexpected events occur and will do everything possible to accommodate those rare situations.
Late Notice Fee
A fee will be charged when this policy is not honored. A $75-per-hour fee may be charged when advance notice is not provided for changing an appointment with the dental hygienist or dentist.
Confirmed Appointments
Unconfirmed appointments may be cancelled before the 24-hour appointment window. Our communication technology allows us to reach patients by text, email, and phone.
Courtesy
We ask for the simple courtesy of cancelling in advance whenever you are unable to attend.
