I have been going to Dr. Hornsby since I began working downtown in 2011. Recently, I was very stressed out about a tooth implant I needed, but Dr. Hornsby and the office manager, Keith made me feel at ease and walked me through the entire process. Keith helped me with insurance billing and also structured a payment plan that I was comfortable with. My teeth have never looked/felt better! I have also referred several of my friends and family to the team at Cosmetic Dentistry Center of San Diego and will continue to do so!

I have been going to this fantastic Dental Center for over 2 and a half years. I have had alot of major implant work done during that time period and it has all been impeccable. Their work is top notch and the entire staff is always helpful and friendly. Not only do they do major restorative work, but they are also all inclusive for other details such as root canals, cleanings, fillings etc. The office runs like a well-built clock and Dr Hornsby is truly a wizard! I won't be going anywhere else for my dental work if I have a say so.

Took my 4 year old for a cleaning today . She didnt like her previous dentist would not even let him clean her teeth . Elsie the hygienist was very sweet with my daughter they counted her teeth together she let her clean her teeth , even let her put flouride on . My mom got implants and crowns with Dr. Hornsby she is very happy with his work . Very highly recommended.

I have been coming here since 2009. Dr Hornsby is outstanding and has a caring staff. I had my implant here back in 2009 and have never had a problem. The front office staff (Keith) is very courteous and professional. I would recommend them .they treat me like family.
